Richard Bailey

Richard Bailey has been involved in the marching arts since 2014. He began his performance career with Burnsville High School (2014–2017) and went on to perform with Shadow Drum Corps (2014–2017), POW Percussion (2018), Broken City Percussion (2019–2020), and RCC (2022).

Richard’s passion for teaching began at La Quinta High School in 2018, and he later served as the Front Ensemble Manager for Vista Murrieta High School from 2019 to 2024. He is currently the Front Ensemble Arranger and Show Designer for La Quinta High School.

Outside of the performing arts, Richard is a licensed private pilot, working toward becoming a commercial pilot and flight instructor.
